~~ SOUL MINISTRY ACTION GROUPS ~~

One of my all-time favorite marketing writers is Robert
Middleton. I own his InfoGuru Marketing Manual for
independent professionals and I've subscribed to his
excellent ezine since I first discovered it in 2001. ( Click

Robert Middleton has recently come up with a new
marketing idea that is applicable to many businesses,
not just the marketing business, although I am planning to
use his idea in my own marketing business, starting on
September 23. Robert has developed a program called
"the virtual action group," in which participants interact
with one another - and the facilitator/instructor - via a
telephone conference call and emails.
Members of the action group focus on a specific goal
which, in Robert's case, is creating an environment of
accountability where members take their business by
the reins and start to market it actively.
I'm launching "Soul Ministry Action Groups" for
Lightworkers who are ready to take their business vision
to the next level - both conceptually and in practical
terms. The Soul Ministry Action Group members will be
reading, planning, sharing and implementing ideas about
how to improve their business and attract more clients
Emphasis will be on taking the marketing "high road" -
understanding how tested marketing theory can be put
to use in making the world a better place. Higher truths
meet practical application. "Homework" will be directly
related to each member's own business, with feedback
from all the participants, in their role as potential clients
and fellow lightworker-entrepreneurs.
MODULE 1 - The Heart of My Business
Starts Thursday, September 23 and runs for 4 weeks.
This is the foundation we'll be building on:
(1) Clarifying your soul mission, which provides the basis
for your business mission;
(2) Understanding the focus of your business (what you
stand for) and determining your target market;
(3) Positioning yourself in the marketplace (what makes
you unique) and creating a core message that prospects
can relate to;
(4) Creating a 3-part marketing plan that suits your
personality and your budget.
MODULE 2 - Making a Name for Myself in Print
Starts Thursday, October 28 - 4 weeks
In this 4-week series you'll learn how to:
(1) Create a media mailing list and press kit, write a
press release and start a 3-6 month press release campaign;
(2) Write an article (for free publicity) that will be accepted
for publication;
(3) Create effective ads and advertorials that attract the
right clients;
(4) Create tips sheets and special reports to generate leads
for your business and attention from the media.
Two additional modules called "Making a Name for
Yourself on the Internet" and "Making a Name for
Yourself in the Public Eye" are also planned.
The Soul Ministry Action Groups will be limited to 10

Virtual action groups are a fun way to get some hands-
on learning with like-minded people in an atmosphere of
mutual support. And the new technology allows us to
create virtual mastermind groups, classrooms, networking
events and action groups with incredible ease. All you
need is a phone, a computer - and a mailing list - to start
your own virtual action program.

The virtual action group idea has great potential for
coaches, workshop facilitators, teachers, consultants -
anyone whose work can be accomplished in a group
setting. The virtual aspect saves everyone time and
money - and Robert's CD even tells you how to arrange
the conference calls, manage payments, market your
action groups and record the sessions. You just have
to decide what you'd like to accomplish with your own
Virtual Action Group.
